The system allows up to 32 separate sensor parameters to be sent via 434.075MHz radio transmission to a central receiver module, which processes the signal and provides 0-10Vdc or open collector outputs for use by a BMS controller.  During installation, the receiver module "learns" each sensor from which it will receive data. Each sensor has its own unique serial and ID numbers, which are held in non-volatile memory in the receiver. After the receiver has completed it's learning process, output channels can be configured to correspond to any of these sensor parameters.
 

The RP-8RXM receiver can be pre-configured by Omni Instruments prior to despatch, or by using the RP-RCM hand-held configuration module. The receiver module is supplied with the RP-WA wire aerial as standard. The RP-XA aerial kit for mounting externallv from a panel is available as an option. 

Each RP-8RXM receiver module has 4 analogue outputs and 4 open-collector digital outputs as standard. Up to 3 expansion modules can be connected to the
receiver module, and are available in two types :

• The RP-8XM 4 x 0-10Vdc analogue outputs + 4 x open-collector digital outputs.
• The RP-4RM 4 SPDT relay outputs.
