MiniAir6 Vane Anemometers for Air Flow and Gas Flow
These anemometers are simple to install or use as part of a fixed system or in conjunction with data loggers, displays or portable indicators. The sensors operate from a wide DC power range and provide a 0-2v output. Velocity ranges can be measured from 0.15m/s to 40m/s. The operating temperatures on the MiniAir6 and MiniAir64 range are -10 to +80 C. High temperature units can be supplied for temperature ranges up to 250 degrees C. Intrinsically safe units can be supplied complete with zener barriers.
The self-contained anemometer probe MiniAir6 measures the velocity of air or gaseous media, and provides a linear analogue voltage output. The MiniAir6 like other MiniAir models features the unique Snap Head on types Micro and Mini, providing on-site serviceability, thus making it ideal for continual measuring.
Vane anemometers provide high accuracy flow velocity measurement. The vane rotation is closely linear to flow velocity and is unaffected by pressure, temperature, density and humidity.
