The DigiRail line of smart transmitters with Modbus RTU communication interface provide a simple way for integrating analogue or digital signals to supervisory systems.
Featuring up to two universal input analogue signal channels they are the most economical way to deliver analogue inputs to PLC´s and SCADA systems. The input signals are isolated from power thus protecting the electrical instruments by eliminating ground loop effects. The DIN rail mounting bracket and compact size offers a neat solution in adding to your existing system.
Configuration is done via the RS485 interface using simple MODBUS commands. DigiConfig software also allows you to configure the units on your network via a simple graphical interface. The software also has the ability to automatically detect all the devices on your network making programming even easier.
DigiRail-2A - Dual channel analogue input module designed for Thermocouples, Pt100, Voltage and Current signals. Sample rates from 2.5Hz to 10Hz. Features internal CJC for thermocouples, both channels and RS485 port are fully isolated to 1000V. Range of inputs are below.
- Thermocouples :- J, K, T, E, N, R, S, B
- Pt100 :- -200°C to 650°C (-328°F to 1202°F)
- Voltage :- 0 to 20mV, -10 to 20mV, 0 to 50mV, 0 to 5Vdc, 0 to 10Vdc
