The DigiRail line of smart transmitters with Modbus RTU communication interface provide a simple way for integrating analogue or digital signals to supervisory systems.
Featuring up to two universal input analogue signal channels they are the most economical way to deliver analogue inputs to PLC´s and SCADA systems. The input signals are isolated from power thus protecting the electrical instruments by eliminating ground loop effects. The DIN rail mounting bracket and compact size offers a neat solution in adding to your existing system.
Configuration is done via the RS485 interface using simple MODBUS commands. DigiConfig software also allows you to configure the units on your network via a simple graphical interface. The software also has the ability to automatically detect all the devices on your network making programming even easier. DigiRail-2A - Dual channel analogue input module designed for Thermocouples, Pt100, Voltage and Current signals. Sample rates from 2.5Hz to 10Hz. Features internal CJC for thermocouples, both channels and RS485 port are fully isolated to 1000V. Range of inputs are below.

DigiRail-2R - Dual channel relay output module. Accurate 32bit timing circuit allows relays to be triggered at hundredths of a second intervals. Fast 6ms response times to commands. Two SPDT Relays rated at 8A / 250Vac
Outputs: Two independent outputs, with relay SPDT, 8 A, 250 Vac Timing for activating the output relays: 32 bits (up to 4.294.967.295 hundredths of seconds), optional andconfigurable for each relay Dielectric strength between open contacts: 1000 Vac Feed: 10 to 35 Vdc / 90 mA maximum. Inputs: 4 Digital Inputs: Logical level 0 = 0 to 1 Vdc; Logical level 1 = 4 to 35 Vdc Internal current limitation at the inputs: approximately 5 mA Maximum count frequency: 1000 Hz for signals with square wave and working cycle of 50%. Input 1 can be configured for counting signals of up to 100 kHz. Counting capacity (per input): 32 bits (0 to 4.294.967.295) Special countings: Capable of counting pulses in given time intervals (pulse rate) and retaining peak countings in given time intervals (peak rate).
