Product Description
The DBB series 'S-beam load cell' is designed for force measurement and weighing applications alike. It's ease of mounting makes it very attractive for use as a general purpose load cell.
There are two versions available within the standard range. The DBBE, an encapsulated cell sealed to IP67 covering ranges of 50kg to 500kg and a fully welded cell, the DBBW, sealed to IP68 covering ranges of 500kg to 5000kg.
There are many options that are available to further enhance the usefulness of this series of load cells, as well as higher accuracy versions.
Sense wires are provided on each of the load cells (DBBW versions only) to compensate for changes in lead resistance due to temperature change and/or cable extension. Sensing can be achieved by feeding this voltage into the appropriate electronics (please refer to the instrumentation data sheets).

DBB ‘S’ Beam – Bi-directional load cell. Ranges 50Kg to 5,000Kg, Output 2mV/V, accuracy ±0.03%. DBBE load cell is a nickel plated alloy steel construction with an IP67 rating and DBBW is a stainless steel construction with an IP68 rating.
