Piezoresistive OEM Pressure Transducer Series 10 Ex-d

Piezoresistive OEM pressure transducer with built-in flame barrier between the steel diaphragm and the measuring cell. The corridor for the pressure transfer has a minimal length of 6 mm and a maximal gap-width of 0,1 mm. The steel diaphragm automatically covers the gap in case of oil leakage.

Note: For best linearity, the full scale signal should be kept low. At 100 mV FS, linearity of 0,1% is realisable. For highest performance with digital compensation, signals of 500...700 mV FS give best results. Silicon sensors start to fail at 600 mV, most at 750 mV, with extremes at 1000 mV at 1 mA excitation.
