TriRate - Triaxial
Gyro
TriRate is a triaxial MEMS angular rate sensor (gyro) designed for
OEM customers that require a 3D (triaxial) gyro in a miniature size.
The TriRate MEMS gyro can easily be incorporated into existing
designs requiring general-purpose triaxial angular rate
measurements. The TriRate product provides analogue
angular rate and reference outputs for each of the 3 axes in
addition to a temperature signal for rate offset compensation.
Displacing only 2.5 cubic cm, the TriRate gyro allows inertial
system designers to rapidly incorporate triaxial angular rate
sensing capabilities in the smallest possible system size. Standard
dynamic range configurations of 150, 300 and 1200 deg/sec are
available, while custom ranges are available upon request.

AccelRate3D - Triaxial
Accelerometer and Gyro
The AccelRate3D Sensor is the world’s smallest analogue
inertial measurement unit, providing outputs of triaxial
acceleration and triaxial angular rate (gyro). AcceleRate3D product
suite is capable of sensing between 150 - 1200 °/s angular rate and
2 - 5g acceleration about 3 axes. AccelRate3D provides analogue
outputs for angular rate, acceleration and precision references
about the X, Y, and Z-axes. A temperature output is also provided
allowing the implementation of compensation techniques. A digital
self-test input electromechanically excites each axis to test proper
operation of the sensors and the signal conditioning circuits. The
AccelRate3D based on MEMS technology and is available in a custom
44-pin SMT package measuring 18 ×
18 × 10 mm

MAG3 - Triaxial
Magnetometer, Accelerometer and Gyro
The MAG3 sensor provides analogue outputs
of triaxial magnetic field, acceleration and angular rate (gyro).
The MAG3 product suite is capable of sensing +/-1.9 gauss, +/-150 -
1200 °/s angular rate and +/-2 - 5g acceleration about three axes.
MAG3 provides analogue outputs for angular
rate, acceleration and precision references about the X, Y, and
Z-axes. A temperature output is also provided allowing the
implementation of compensation techniques. A digital self-test input
electromechanically excites each axis to test proper operation of
the sensors and the signal conditioning circuits. The MAG3 is based
on MEMS technology and is available in a custom 44-pin SMT package

signal processor takes 16-bit samples, filters, ranges, and calibration
compensates at up to 42,500 samples/sec/channel. Digital data can be
streamed out at up to 3 Mbit/sec.The output range, filter frequency
and calibration of each channel, as well as telemetry configuration,
can be set by the user via the RS485 command processor. CRC-16 error
checking is used to ensure command and data integrity. The built-in temperature
sensor can be used by critical applications to correct for any residual
temperature effects.
